Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any services provided by Maynooth Station Lodge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
– Reservations must be made in advance and secured with a deposit. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
– Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash. We do not accept personal cheques.
– In the event of a no-show or cancellation without adequate notice (less than 7 days prior to arrival), the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations made more than 7 days before your arrival date will incur no penalty.
– Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
– For cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule your stay.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
– Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Occupancy
– Each room or unit can only be occupied by the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Additional guests may be subject to extra charges.
6. Conduct
– Guests are expected to behave in a manner respectful to other guests and our staff. Any damage to property will result in charges to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all lodge buildings. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
– A single small pet are allowed with prior notice and may be subject to an additional fee. A pet must be kept on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. Our pet policy is subject to change at any time. A pet allowed on property is at the sole discretion of the Lodge owner. Any damage to the Lodge property due to pet damage is the responsibility of the guest to replace or repair.
7. Liability
– Maynooth Station Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
– Participation in any lodge activities is at your own risk. We recommend travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
8. Amenities and Services
– Availability of amenities (such as Wi-Fi, spa services, etc.) may vary and are subject to maintenance schedules or local regulations. We will make reasonable efforts to inform guests of any changes.
9. Privacy Policy
– We collect personal information for the purpose of booking and providing services. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
– These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11. Amendments
– Maynooth Station Lodge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
